Construction

Construction Management

As the Construction Manager, Arch Icon Construction works alongside the architect, engineer to optimize project design, schedule and cost. They negotiate a guaranteed maximum price based on preliminary design documents that reflect the anticipated scope of the project.

Arch Icon Construction will competitively bid all trade contracts to ensure the client receives the lowest price from qualified subcontractors. Being a team player, they are known for their conceptual strengths, and continued focus on solving conflicts proactively and collaboratively.

General Contracting

When price is the ultimate factor, or municipal laws enforce competitive bidding, Arch Icon Construction relies upon years of experience and millions of dollars of project estimating, to arrive at a competitive cost. As a General Contractor, Arch Icon Construction holds all trade contracts and is responsible for delivering most all work based on a lump sum price.
