In 2010, Darin Smith and Dustin & Mindy Crook established Arch Icon Development and Arch Icon Construction. Today, this accomplished leadership team develops market rate and affordable housing, along with commercial space development in the Midwest.

Arch Icon’s expertise is in developing and building multi-family housing and commercial space, with a specific passion for historic renovation and neighborhood redevelopment. Having development and construction under one roof enables Arch Icon to control projects seamlessly, from conception through completion. In addition to the development of its own properties, Arch Icon offers turnkey development and construction opportunities for other real estate professionals.
